Baiting the Hook

I usually hook them through the tail for casting until the bite seems to slow down. Then, believe it or not i'll start hooking them through the tail and it seems i'll start catching fish again. Strange i know.

Lol, when it rained I couldn't wait until it got dark. Those were the best nights.

We used to water the garden at night. It would bring all the worms to the top, made for easy harvesting.

I have noticed at times when fishing under a bobber in the upper back behind the fin would catch more than through the lips or eyes. When I am fishing with someone I will hook differently than they do to see if it matters

I hook a minnow through the eyes under a bobber and I hook them up through the lips when deep trolling.
