    I typically add either a couple apple peels or potatoe peels every 2-3 days.

    Best case is you never need the peels.

    Wet rolled up napkin and corn chips. Keep them warm.

    I use wild game bird laying mash(contains no pesticide) from the feed store for food and non chlorinated water to water them. I have raised crickets for personal use for 25+ years

    wet napkin and a peeled potato. The bird mash is a good idea.

    Just an add on to what you have ....... Bannas ...... They will blow up and have a great odor .

    I throw a couple of leaves of lettuce in for them...gives them water and food.

    keep them in a cool dark area and feed them quartered potatoes.

    I feed em chunks of chilled apples or potatoes along with some frosted flakes.

    Put some water in a bottle top (gatoraid) or a shallow jar lid and feed some corn meal in another lid.
