what is the best minnow bucket

Well this is my homemade minnow bucket. I can put 1lb in there and they will last all day in the boat with no problem. I usually bring some home after fishing and leave them in the bucket for a few days running on the aerator.

Fahioned one like this a couple wks ago and it works like a champ.
