Nice catches !
Yellow perch are great eating. Look up Roger's Rigs in upstate NY, he LOVES his perch and has a preference for the smaller ones. He also has an interesting take on cleaning them.
Here is the link for his method of cleaning:

Great photos and beautiful looking fish!

Nice looking perch, not in my home waters but I sure would like to catch clean and eat them at least once.

Yellow perch, are part of the walleye family. Yes they are good eating.
Love those yellow perch - so colorful!
CTPanfisher,
Good job on the photos and some nice looking fish there.
I need to learn a little about catching them. So far I have caught a few while crappie fishing. Sharp gill plates on those critters
I caught one tiny one last time I went to this pond, which is supposed to be good for bluegill. This time I threw a micro crankbait, and a huge perch (much bigger than these two) followed it to shore. I changed to a black Beetlespin, and caught one after a few casts. It was only a few casts later when I got the second, and then the bite calmed down.

From what I have read the like cold water and structure
This water was right on a cold stream, which was really full, and so water was going in and out quite rapidly cooling it down. I caught one of the two perch (the bigger one), right at the exit of the stream, which was especially cold. It was kind of gravely, not very deep, and there wasn't much structure at all, save a few lily pads.

Well, in that case, I guess I should go back to that pond and try some more.. I'm going to try to use some jigs (not spinners), because I had to go incredibly slowly with the spinner, and hopefully get some more fish.
