Well....ok
Fished pelba north of the interstate sat 1240 to 430...trolling motor batteries giving me a fitttttt...found a way to apply single poling without spot lock...got spoiled fast. Felt a thump in a laydown so at that point my day was made.. see it doesn’t take much to make my day...but I need to feel a tug cuz I am not the one to just enjoy the “view”. Found another laydown..another thump...put that jig right back in front of her face....she said ice please......so it was an awesome day...no changing colors cuz time was short.....no running around for 2 reasons.....cold and time...finally saw the foamy bubbles on top the water so now I know what to look for.....you guys have taught me sooooo much.....will test my batteries this week and replace them...it is time for that.....sorry for the delay but its all for the best.....never caught fish in the winter before meeting you guys.....find a hungry fish and they will reward you with a thump....

So what's the scoop on the foamy bubbles on top of the water? I don't know that trick I don't think, unless seeing them means there's an eddy present, which is often the case.
