Could use some prayers
Many of you have noticed I致e been laying low lately. I made the Crankfest trip to Enid/Grenada but felt really bad the whole trip.
I had surgery in June and a lot of bleeding from that. I then found out I have perforated diverticulitis. Seems I was losing blood from both ends all summer. Hopefully those issues are on the mend and won稚 require more surgery.
I致e had joint issues for years and after serious lumbar fusion and both knees being replaced, I知 now facing having my right hip replaced Wednesday.
I begged my Ortho Surgeon to replace it in February but he refused until I lost weight. I said OK, I値l see you in the fall then proceeded to lose 50 pounds. I was hoping to make it till November for the surgery but the joint is falling apart and surgery had to be moved up. This meant I will miss the Crappie USA Classic tourney for 2nd year in a row plus losing several guide trip bookings.
I値l be down for some time and can稚 drive for 6 weeks. I知 hoping my wife can stand to have me in the house again like she did during my Covid shutdown in March and April.
I値l try to keep everybody posted on my progress.
