Spring camp

Is it time to start a thread for camp. Already have my campsite reserved. First weekend in May less than 3 months away.

I am up in the air on spring camp. My daughter is having triplets right around that time and my family thinks that more important than spring camp.:dono She will probably have them early and by then I will be ready for a road trip.

So I made a new acquaintance after church when he asked me a Crappie fishing question. I recommend the site to him and told him about spring camp. It turns out he and some family are in bucksaw that weekend but was a little hesitant about joining us. They are in A-59 and 60 but said they might be a little rowdy. I think they will fit in just fine. When he posts it will be as baitwaster. Be sure to say hi to Jake when you get the chance. Joedog, they will be just down the hill from your group so they should fit right in.

well unless your a coach in the room surely Barb will let you sneak out to go Mark. Congrats on the triplets! Your daughter and son in law are good people but they sure will be tested with 3 at once! Look forward to seeing them at the party cove.

Slab got my account fixed up!! Looking forward to meeting you all. My group will have about 8 guys, How can we contribute to this (dont count on fish)?
So last year we were 7 strong and I think we netted four crappie. I was telling the group about the festivities of "spring camp" and suggested that if they wore something sexy they could probably ride in your boats :)

The lake is Truman. The campground is Bucksaw on Truman. "A" loop, it fills up fast. Y'all are welcome any time.
Be prepared for ANY type of weather, storms, rain, hail, snow, flooding to the point of being forced out of the campground. Anything else you can think up. Fun though.

Spring camp

We have a big community tent we will set up in A-47 for meals on Friday and Saturday night. We will get a to bring list posted here soon. Friday night will be bbq with some burgers dogs brats along with add ones. Grills are always welcome as they are usually in short supply. Saturday night will be a fish fry.
