Da Big Dub

Gave up some nice fish today. The morning started off slow with a little smoke on the water and didn’t get the first fish till the sun burnt of the fog then it was one here and there. The only pattern I could put together was keep changing colors and that one would get bit. I started pulling at 1.5 mph and as the sun rose so did my speed at 10 30 when Spot got hot we were pulling at 2.2 mph and when you got bit there was no mistaking the hit, the pole would double over. Haha Spot starts barking and gets excited when he sees the pole bend. As far as color for that lake I would say red, pank and orange. Don't leave out a white and a crome bait as runners up.

I had a lab I would take ice fishing, she would eat anything I left laying on the ice. She wasn't above begging from the "neighbors", either.

Nooo feed the dog barfish ,yellowbass,brim. Anything but perch. But he probably likes steak too!!?
