Do I need to plan on bringing stuff for cobbler?

You don't have to make cobbler if you don't want to and want to just take it easy this year. We will sadly understand. But if ya don't I aint cookin :yikes

Bucksaw C.O.E camp grounds A-loop
May 5-7. If you've never been to spring camp, your haven't been in a while, get those reservations in now!
Come on spring time!
I guess I haven't made a spring camp in 6 or 7 years. Looking forward to it. May try to talk drfishjd into going that weekend.
Tell Jim to get his butt there I will have Crown waiting.
Haven't fished Truman in couple years and always fished the lower end. Would like to fish and learn more of the lake..but buddy and I weren't sure if us jayhawkers would be allowed or shot on site...lol not really even sure where the campground is...
I posted a link on the first page it should help get you started. Come on down but only if you like good fun, good fishing, good food, good people I think you get the ideal. And you won't get to much Trouble for being a Jayhawker, but you will get some.
Lots of guys willing to share information about the area.
Bad news guys I can't stand good fun or good fishing or good food. Isn't calling fisherman good people going out on a limb?....lol I'm pretty sure we'll be making it
I will be there. I am thinking of bring Stew & cornbread for Friday Night.
What camp site will the Party tent be on?
is this open to all members? spouses? new member and just trying to figure out protocol here. Thanks guys.
Couple jayhawkers are planning on being there any particular sites we should try and get or close to? And do we need to bring anything in particular?
We will have a community meal both Friday and Saturday night. As we get closer there will be sign up post you can watch for. You are welcome to bring anything you want but newbies usually bring morel mushrooms lol.
There is usually barbecue and sides on Friday with a fish fry on Saturday. You should be able to go back and look at last springs posts. I will bring 3 Dutch ovens to make fresh cobbler.
If you are camping we will be in A-loop and the tent will be around a-40 give or take.

I got A-39 booked for the 3th thru 7th
Well I booked a44 for the 4th thru the 7th
Hmm...where should I have gotten ?
Never mind, that is where I camped last year. It is on the same road.
I just booked 46/47 for the duration of camp. 47 reserved 3-7 and 46 for 4-7. This is where we agreed to put the dinning tent this season. Closer electric and a water supply right there as well.
