Crappie season is CLOSED

At least for me it is. Tore a ligament in my back wrist that they couldn't repair so they took one out of my ankle and moved it there. Will be in splint for 6 weeks but will get this off my foot next Monday. Maybe then I can tag along with a friend.

What a bummer! Bad enough having the wrist, but to have to have the ankle surgery too!!! Take it easy, and don't try to do too much too soon. Hope you have a speedy recovery........at least before next crappie season.

Hey RCC, IN SOUTH EAST, AR .CRAPPIE SEASON IS JANUARY 1 THUR DECEMBER. 31 LOL.

At Crappie Camp, when a WHOLE BUNCH O' YOU LOSERS bailed out Sunday and then the tornadoes hit, and we spent half the night in the basement of the Visitor's Center.......a couple was there from Colorado, on their way East. They asked me "When is tornado season". I told the lady "Well, 3 years out of 4, it starts March 1 and goes to Feb 28. In the other year, it's a day longer".

The man got it, but she just nodded and said "Oh, that's a long time". I had to go outside (in the rain) to bust out laughing. I'm mean, that way.:Rofl

Good Luck on recovery and dont push that ankle very hard. It is injured and will need rehabbing as well as your wrist.
