Doc made a hard turn and got tied up with 32 lines. :yikesJust kidding, I think work has him all wrapped up.

I have been a handful of times. This year is off for me. I think I caught 20 on one outing, but no real size. The water has been high due to rain and bit more stained then usual. Not sure how much difference that makes. Usually by now I have a freezer full from Cypress. I fish it a lot and kind of feel like I know what I'm doing out there (this is open to debate :biggrin), and I have struggled. North Louisiana has been off this year. No bite at Bistineau, Cypress, Caddo......... Only few good reports from Claiborne. I'm going to blame unusuall amount of rainfall.

heard agood report from bist yest !!!
Just thought I would chime in again. We went to Cypress on the 25th. I think we caught a dozen small to medium fish in six hours. We talked to a few other folks who hadn't done much either.
I went last time home and did not do to well...fished everywhere...tried the deep hole across from the damn, followed the channel. I got 2 bits. Bite has been very slow.
man, I need to take some time off. like PPG said, work has me going from can til can't. been watching my daughter play high school soccer on almost every weekend that I ain't working. but I hope to go somewhere this weekend.
about all the lines, I fish 8 rods and the guy in the back fishes 8 rods. and if there is a guy in the middle, he fishes 8 rods too. LOL so we can dang near drown half pound of shiners at one time. that would be 48 shiners at once. hehehe
hope to have a report soon. thanks guys for checking up on me.
doc :)
