We did baked taters, salad n I hot rubbed a couple porterhouses before they hit a screaming hot grill got 2 minutes a side. Hot tubbing us where you put them in a ziplock bag n throw them in a crockpot on low with no lid for bout 45 minutes. Brings the internal temp up to bout 100 degrees
You can make a cheap steak tender this way. Ya always set them out for 10-15 minutes, this just takes the next step
Sounds good DD. We doin the chick, doin some xtra wings for me and feesh to take tomorrow, sweet corn on the grill , garlic bread, and a nice ceasar salad.
I have hot tubbed a steak before myself, DD is right you can put some flavor in them and make'em tender that way!

Y'all are killing me, been sick all week and don't have much appetite. Did talk Ms Tammy into throwing some smoke sausage on the smoker for 5 or 6 minutes tho.
