I did notice that the Powerdrive does not include the foot pedal.
With the Terrova you can still use your foot pedal with the I-Pilot the power drive you can't

Thats exactly right unless you buy one of those boxes that canepole makes.....I would much rather have the Terrova than the Power Drive.

The biggest difference in the V2 and the Terrova is the way they deploy. The Terrova is much easier to put in and out of the water with it's fold down front brackets. Its effortless. And 10. And the Foot Pedal thing.
My V2 is a pain in the butt to deploy!!!!! Be worth the difference in price just for the deploy feature!!
all electric steer are a pain and the footpedals also take some getting use to,just saying.

You got that rite, this morning 5 out of 5 rods had fish on em and I managed it by myself. Without the remote I would have just thrown everything in the lake.

Mash the foot release on the Terrova and it falls in the lake. No pushin, no pullin the handle back, no stomping the latch thing, and no banging the head, it just falls in, and turns it on. Easier than pullin the cord on a regular TM.Quote:
