Sorry guys! I did not see the post in the Off-Topic forum until after I posted this Thread.
Well if they don't open it back up next spring then you and I will simply have to push some of them Arkabutla folks out of the way so that we can make our mark on the mudhole...
I agree RiverDelta! It is time for me to venture out to Arkabutla, Sardis, and Enid to name a few. I have fished Lakeview approximately 90% of all my fishing trips due to its proximity to Memphis, but this will definetly change now.
There are no fish in Arklabutla please tell everyone to go to Sardis, Enid and Grenada thats where all the action is.
There won't be many left once the Marsh and the Delta invade!!!

this whole things sounds like what they did to flower lake down from the cutoff. and also correct me if im wrong lakeview is an oxbow right how can somebody buy that and shut it down it all smells kinda fishey.
It is the same deal as Flower lake. Nobody bought either lake, they are public water but the surrounding land is private property, thus access is controlled by the land owners.Quote:
