Just 18-24 hours is all. LOL I cook 'em right around 225 degrees. It' melts in yo mouf, same for my Pulled Pork. Git that pulled Pork done and wrap it in Foil for about 2 hours. Once I do that, I'll open it up and pull that big center bone out with my fingers, then shread the meat with my hands. Add on some of that Sweet baby Ray's BBQ sauce, onion slices and a couple pickles, talk about good

you can get a cheap Brinkman for about $40 that you can use to learn on...It works fine.

This one looks your speed. Its a side imaging smoker, with a draft master mount. You can put it on your gunwales and smoke your crappie before you stick em in the cooler... Wait, I forgot, you have to catch one first.

Well so much fer braggin on DonDon. Looks like this ones been jacked but I really didn't figure anyone else could say he was good fer much else so carry on. Wb they building one that uses wood pellets that they say is real good. I will try to find a link fer it when I get home.
With all the gnawing on the end of mop and broom handles he does, he can make his own wood pellets.
