Let's talk about next year's FJ's
In my mind, I kind of like what we've started with the same basic rules. I don't see much that needs tweaking, but I'm open to hearing suggestions if anyone has any.
The only changes I see we might need is to start earlier in the year and try to finish up by Sept so we don't have so many conflicts with football and with the school year getting into full swing.
I'm also thinking we ought to increase the total T's to 6 + a championship with the 4 same lakes plus 1 Delta Lake and maybe Ross Barnett thrown in once just so DD will quit whining. I'm not sold on any 1 particular lake if ya'll want to kick one of the COEs though. I wouldn't even care if we visited 1 lake more than once even.
Haven't done it yet, but I plan on laying out the schedules of MCC, CM and CUSA and scheduling around them as best we can. We'll set the dates, choose the lakes and proceed from there.
So, let's get some discussion going for next year.

Ross Barnett

Chotard/Albermarle

I don;t have a problem with 40 and 10
big fish this weekend woulda been 40 instead on 20. LOL
Think there needs to be a little more FISHING TIME
Maybe have weigh in at 2:30 or 3:00. I'm just looking at most of us having to drive a 1, 2 and some even 3 hours to fish and it'd be nice to have more time to enjoy being on the water
I think that it would be a good idea
to have another score keeper cause the one we got can't add. I nominate Feelay for that job
Could always do 10 to the championship
then the winner gets 60%, 2nd gets 25% and 3rd 15%. That way you'd have 3 teams getting Something. Just thinking out loud. If we have 6 tourneys and average 20 teams. that's be 120 times 10, thats $1200, then add in say another $400 for people that didn't place so you've got $1600 bucks to work with. $960 for the winner, $400 for 2nd and $240 for 3rd. Still not bad at all and gives more people a chance to win something
