This 111/2" yellow perch was part of our mixed bag of bluegills, perch, and sunfish. The 3 of us each caught a white bass and a large redhorse sucker was also caught and released with the white bass.

It is. So much so that we really questioned if it was a yellow perch!
A mess of those are some fine eating
I’ve never caught or eaten one.
Many would say it is the best eating panfish. Eager biters.
