very nice.....be some good stuff coming off of that soon I bet
You smoke something up and I will come try it. Some say that you need a piece of charcoal to put in with the wood to help make a smoke ring in the meat. I've been wanting one of those smokers myself
I hope so G and Clfarms it seems to be pretty well built little unit, I am really curious to see how some crappie fillets would be smoked in this thing.
Ours aint near that fancy and we love it. Chicken strips, pork chops, deer meat and the list goes on and on!!!!
You gonna love it and I intend to be in on some of the partaking of the vittles that come off that thing.
I take the limbs that either fall off or I trim off on my Pecan trees and cut them up in small pieces......when I get ready to cook I soak some of them in water or apple cider all night the night before
I've got one and love it. It's sealed very well. I've cooked with mine with it in the 20s outside with a 20 mph wind. I put my wood chips in mine without soaking them. To me they burn better that way since they're not sitting on hot coals like in a charcoal grill.
Sounds like I am gonna enjoy it , per instructions I put a pan of water and some hickory chips to season it up, thinkin maybe put some meat on there tomorrow since its suppose to rain. Attachment 145950Attachment 145951dang ole Bob smelled that smoke and is bout to go nuts lol.
