took an evening trip to DR only to find out that the water level was down even lower than my last trip. the water is down to the end of the ramp. you can walk to what use to be the island thats across from the boat landing. did manage to launch and get around to a few spots only to put a skunk in the boat. wt 83*,saw a lot of gar rolling on top. oh well better luck next time
Everything i heard has said that it will be down for up to 2 years. Also heard that it was closed to boat traffic now. Somebody told me that they didnt want any boats out on the lake and that the GW reserved the right to ticket people found on the lake.
I see nothing but dry land when I past that back cove on 64.
