Guy I work with told me this morning that a friend of his and some relatives that live at Sardis caught over 140 crappies and kept everything they caught and that somebody came and got the cooler and brought another and they just kept on fishing.You want to blame trollers!Game wardens need to step up ramp coverage and stop these things from happening.I told dude that was just wrong!nonono:bash

Pet Peave of mine. Happens on Barnett ALL the time cause they NEVER check fish on the main lake. Now the spillway, they'll check the heck out of you, just never the main lake. I've never been checked for fish but have been checked 4 or 5 times for Life preservers and such. really hacks me off

Heard a similar story myself this week of a resident catching 3 limits in one day.

i HAVE HAD THEM JUST LOOK IN MY LIVE WELL AT A DISTANCE , BUT NEVER REALLY HAD ANY WHEN THEY DID . 10 OR 12 . THEY DO CHECK ALL OF THAT . AND THEY DO THAT ALL THE TIME .

Now you see why they want our poles. Taking them is a lot easier than doing there job. Haven't seen a game warden in two weeks.

They've had 5 and 6 Wardens at Ramps at Sardis... Got checked last Saturday, he pulled every fish out of live well and counted em one by one... Like Chaney said, most of these people don't use ramps..

you can bet IF I see someone doing it, I'm calling the GW. I have one on speed dial and HAVE called them in the past for below the dam catching to many stripers. Guy got a healthy fine
