I would say yes if you have liscences in both states
Yep, but you better be able to prove you caught the first limit in another state if you are checked.
I agree, however, I would not be in possession of the first states fish while fishing in the second state
If you do and get caught just tell them "IT'S ALL SPECKS FAULT".
