Major, I have worked out of Richland, MS and also Lake Charles, LA. I have ate Jambalaya before and enjoyed it very much. I understand that there are several different kinds of it. Could you please tell this Missouri boy the easiest way to make me some? I want the wife to try to make some. Thanks!

I had some baked pork chop green beens and corn from last years garden, got outside and picked almost 2 5 gallon buckets of green beans. I told my wife she was gonna be busy tomorrow while im out working.

The Zatarain's Jambalaya mix in the box is pretty good. We make it and add smoked sausage.

Man that sounds good.Wife made some Zuccini boats, one of our fav . meals.
