Might look at the Berkely Nano-fill 10-12 lb test a crappie friend showed us this line(not a braid,not mono,kind of in between) kind of pricey,floats have switched my casting rods and jigpoles to the nano-fill clear mist!! You can see the thump(line jump) with the wind blowing!!! Still use Prower Pro for crankbaits and the heavier stuff!! 10 lb.
I am gonna recommend Bonehead Tackle Braid. Stuff is awesome. Used Power Pro for years but after one trip out with Bonehead Braid I switched.

Nmolina don't think you can get the bonehead at BPS. Boneheadtackle.com
Redge is correct...bonehead is not in BPS...YET!!! They are a fairly new company but give it time and it wouldnt surpise me one bit to see them in BPS. I fish their baits, rods, mono and braid and I love their stuff. I dont know the owner and not sponsored...just givin an honest opinion on some quality products.

Sure has been a lot of braid talk on the OK forum within the last month. In the past I only used it on my bass bait caster setup. Going to have to try it on my crappie setup this year.
I've used about every kinda out there and my next buy is going to be some Bonehead braid from all the good reports I've seen.

Ok, I'll bite!! I see all the good reviews here and am considering trying braid for the first time. My question is what color do most of you guys prefer? I like the high vis yellow mono that I've been using, but looks like bonehead is out of it as I can't add it to the cart, so I was just curious as to what some of y'all use?
I have both power pro and Bonehead 12 in high visc on 2 identical set ups and hands down Bonehead is the better braid, for me anyway.

Hey guys the best seller right now is the bright orange. We have been selling 3 orange to every 1 yellow. Both are great lines. I have orange, yellow and pink on my reels.
hey I went in to the website updated the orange braided line. I will update the yellow this week.

Hey sorry about that forgot to save my changes to website. It should be ready to go now. My rods warranty don't get voided by our braided line! We have not had one problem or complaint about rod guides wearing or blanks breaking. Thanks Josh
Thanks!!! now it shows the orange as an option. Guess since ranger and josh say orange is the way to go, I have nothing left to do but order a spool or two.

LOL, Hat - I can give ya a bunch of oak firewood that I have cut from the last ice storm that has devastated my cabin and farm. I will trade you some braided line for some dozer work clearing my roads too. Whenever I can get a free moment ha, ha, I want to break bread with you. My treat even!!
