Will not work in my Do-It molds. Models 1250 and RHB-8-332. The eyes need to be 1/32 longer to seat in properly. #4 hooks work fine. Any suggestions?

I can tell you the guy I use to get my heads from had trouble with some #6 Sickle hooks in some weight heads and couldn't do them.
I don't know the answer though.

Is there another brand of mold they will work in for sure? 1/16 barbless, round head, production mold? If not I guess I'll have to send them back and get #4 hooks.
modify the recessed area for the hook eyes on your mold.
With a Microlux mini drill press, the mod for short leg #6 Sickles into a Do-1250 wasn't too difficult. The hook eye slots just need to be extended towards the head cavity a smidgen. Such a small precision cut with a hand held Dremel would be risky tho.

I thought about trying that. Perhaps a slightly larger drill bit in my press. It would be a delicate operation but like you said. Just a smidgen off.
This might work. http://www.mytoolstore.com/dremel/drillprs.html
Yes, a larger diameter slot would work - my 1250 was actually modified for a way oversize hook with #6 Sickle fit bonus. Like to mention tho that I've had a fair amount of practice with a decent tool for the job. I considered the Dremel press attachment but read many negative reviews online about excessive play at the bit, so opted for the Microlux. You get what you pay for.

I like the fact that your mod shows where the original eyelet slot was and how the modification fixed it so you could use them.

Looks good.
