Don't do flu shots or any other shot for that matter. Had enough of them from 93-97 when I was in the military. Hadn't had a shot since and haven't had the flu either. I'll take my chances and get it fixed if it does come.

Never had a flu shot, never had the flu.
On a side note, many employers offer flu shots for free to their employees. But read the fine print. A lot of them state that if you refuse the shot and get the flu they won't cover your sick time.
Well my employer, thankfully, hasn't gotten around to state sponsored arm twisting when it comes to shots. Shhhh...don't give em' any ideas. They all looking for the next best thing.

I aint scared of a shot, but I am scared of putting live flu virus right in my veins. I know it's a small percentage that gets the disease from the shot but I seem to be a small percentage kind of guy :) I have battled the flu a lot in the past but have not had it since becoming an adult. My grandmother says that's because building a natural resistance is nature's way of protecting us from this crap. I hope she's right.
been getting them for 10 years now, this years shot seemed to have bothered me more, been sickly a few times in the last month
just keep your hands clean
I ain't skard neither but I with you...I would rather not put that stuff in my body by choice. It may be a good idea when you get OLDER.

It is my understanding that the shingles vaccine is one that can't be stored for any length of time and must be used in a much shorter time than other vaccines which can be held for some time. With that fact some scheduling is required for getting the shot by having to schedule your shot for when the vaccine arrives. Is this true or not?
