mine, i got a 797c2 , i hate it,,ill sale it for 650. bucks bought it from bass pro 4 months ago..

yeah when its showing both sides trees look like little hairs etc, its just not what its cracked up to be, to me anyways alot of folks like it , im just a fussy gripy person who buys stuff without really researching it, i think i got my unit sold , im just going back to lowrance so i can enjoy fishing again, the 797 tries to show too much on a little screen, i might like the 997 and bigger but i want simplicity to use and dont want to spend that much more money , pretty much plug and play not have to go to school etc to operate..

a side image sonar without the gps function. rather leave gps to garmin, i need the bigger screen, i have the 797c2 and not happy with it, i like the idea of side sonar and the pics i see here, i have no intentions of downloading to my computer or anything like that. just want to see whats over yonder, and be able to have my gps with 3d maps on a seperate screen (not a split screen)... thanks for any info
