I can feel your pain. My woman thinks I'm sick because I won't fish much. We were catching Crappie below Nimrod dam till it went over big time. They forecast it to crest on the lake Sunday. Somewhere close to 6' over the spillway.

The only daily report and forecast I could find for Greeson doesn't have anything under "Forecast" - http://www.mvk.usace.army.mil/office...ocs/bullet.txt. Anyone know of another one?
Darryl,
We've been lucky here in the flat land southeast of little rock. Our lake rose up over a foot in a day, and it usually doesn't rise that fast. Just about all of the docks on our lake are under water, with the exception of mine. Mine is almost there. I wanted to post a comparison of when I built it 2 years ago, and now. my hinge design is working pretty well, though.

with the water we got last night....

we opened our 1 pipe to let the water down, but it may take a while. I feel the same way that nimrod feels about the spring fishing season. I feel like it is possibly shot. I haven't been able to find the crappie up spawning yet, and with all the weird weather, we may have to wait until may to fish.
Man, all that water gonna be gone before crappie camp?
well as the saying goes come hell or high water I'm going fishing down there next week so I hope the crappie will cooperate lol.
Man I hope you guys can dry up down there... Looks like you get a 3 day break till more clouds roll in next week..
Unbelievable.. You are stuck with Monsoons and we continue to get stuck with Sub 40 degree weather up here.
Take a look at this link:

Beaver is the same way! The Spring may be shot. Fortunately for me the white bass have been cooperating! Arkansas and Missouri and NE Oklahoma lakes are all high, muddy and dangerous.
Wow keep us posted Darryl hope it better by the 20th!!!! Thanks for the pictures!
