I see you're another T-ville angler that's finding the big girls. Congrats :HandsClapping I haven't been that lucky, yet, or else I haven't been fishing in the right areas :dono

I see the lake has gone up a couple more feet after the recent rains. (6.22ft over Pool @ 9PM today)
Are they staying at the same depths as before (4-6ft below surface) in spite of the extra water depth, or have they stayed at their previous depths (& are now 6-8ft below the surface). Or are you catching them down in the 10-15ft depths, like some of the other members that Spider Rig or Push/Pull jigs ??

Hey Pappy, i was catching them pretty shallow the other day. Not sure how the recent rains will have an impact, but i can message you later tonight and let you know what i find today if you'd like

Yes, I'd appreciate that. Thanks !!

With the lake 6.5' over Pool, I doubt they'll keep the outflow low for long. and with the upcoming high 70's weather the water temps should jump back into the 60+ deg range. I'm just hoping the fish will hold off any major rush to the banks while the water is being dropped back to Pool. I know there's been several times in years past that some beds were left high/dry, and the whole shebang was rudely interrupted when high water levels were dropped during peak spawning periods.

And I'd guess the lake will again be "junky" with all the shoreline deadwood that had accumulated from the previous water level drop. :Doh: So, be careful & be safe when you go !!

Yep, great catch, minnows work well. Dang, so many great reports on Tville, It will be hard to get unloaded on a ramp this spring! Good to see a nice catch again at this lake.

Water is up about 6 ft made it a challenge to launch this morning but overall did fairly well considering how muddy the water isAttachment 340083
