I picked a mess of jalapeños out of the garden this morning. I thought I need to try pecularmikes atomic buffalo turds recipe. Got some chive and onion cream cheese and some Strawberries BBQ seasoning, mixed it together, stuffed the peppers, wrapped them in bacon and popped them in the Masterbuilt smoker. Pecan chips was the smoke of choice today.Attachment 314826
