its not for fish but im getting my ribs ready to smoke for Christmas. Who else skins there ribs? just pulled the skin off and added some seasoning and back into the refrigerator

Will be very nice on a smoker for sure on Christmas day. You're doing it right preparing it days in advance before smoking in order to achieve the best flavor. I skin mine too, but with a very sharp knife.
Great idea.....never thought about useing fish skinners
I tried the knife before duty I can do it much faster with the skinners

I tried using a knife, but found it to be a pia. Will give the skinners a try. Did baby backs in my big easy. Came out real good, even with skin on.
