I use the Big Easy for baby-backs as well. They are great. I just grip the membrane with a paper towel and pull it off that way. I will have to try the catfish skinners.

Catfish skinners make it easy. Cyberwolf's skinners look like the "deluxe" model. Mine are walmart specials.
Mannnnn ---- I was looking for an ice chest full of whisker fish ---- but those ribs might just be the thing ....
