Eagle claw 574 hooks rusting.
I pour most of my own jigheads using a eagle claw 574 hook which is the long shank version of the 570 hook that is used in most jig molds for ball heads.
Problem I am seeing is these hooks rust on me all the time fairly easy. I mean within like 2 weeks of pouring these hooks some have rust already on them. Does anyone else have this problem and could anyone recommend another brand of hook that would fall into the same category as the 574 besides eagle claw?
I use to have good luck with owner hooks but cannot find them in this 574 version.
I do not remember the mold name off hand, but it is the ball head do-it mold that has the 1/16 and 1/32nd's in it.
Found the jig mold itself
