Merry CHRISTmas Maj. Got the Turkey frier going and fixin to light the Grill for a Beef Tenderloin.

Merry Christmas Major, have a great one. Oh and Sat lets here how ya cook that Beef tenderloin, sounds good.

Marinated it all night , put on a hot grill, BUT NOT over the coals. Offset cooked, some say indirect heat, till internal heat gets to 130 degrees. Then OVER the coals to brown and crust it. Let it rest for 10-15 mins before slicing. Hows that?
