getting the other folks 2nd mortgage lenders acceptance in a few minutes!!!! Take it to the my loan officer in the morning,. sign things, then we have a 10 day manditory waiting period (thanks to Obama) before we can close. ALMOST THERE. Should be moving the weekend of the 10th of August
