I MAY be as bald as Torch by the time all this is over with. First lender says OK a month ago, then the 2nd lender says OK yesterday and now the first lender says we have to close by this friday or it ain't happnin. NO IDEA what's going on right this minute!!!!! Even got a home inspection set up for 2 this afternoon and don't know wheather to cancel of keep it scheduled. Sounds like a time for some Makers Mark to me
Sounds like a time for some advil! Best of luck. I had a heck of a time with my loan 5 yrs ago while building. My credit union, of which I was a member 30 yrs at the time, changed rules almost daily. Hopefully soon this will be in your rear view and you can get back to showing us some fish.
I've got a great Loan officer. Only problem he has is he and Torch are great friends LOL
