THAT is statewide like lakes without other regulations. Also that is intent not law yet. The reservoirs will have direct rules ie: Sardis 10" 15 limit.
Feb 19, 2013 is the effective date of the public notice. If they approve the changes, they will go into effect Mar 16, 2013.
They can issue a new "intent" before the Feb 19th date and that intent can put it back to the way it is now or whatever else they want to try, if one is not issued then it becomes regulation.
Looks that way but the dates are wrong today is the 13th not the 16th.
Signed it and was adopted on the 16th of JANUARY
My bad was thinking February. If there isn't another intent before the 19th then that's the new regulations starting on the 19th.
