Crappie rustlers! The lot of em. Can't swing a dead gar over yer head in town without smacking a yankee in da head. And you just know ever one of em got a freezer hidden somewhere in town. They all sell the fish back home ya know. It's true. I read it on da internets somewhere.

Got there just in time, there was a couple of Arkanasas guys sitting on the side of the road eye balling em. Pulled up and said to em " What the heck yall lookin at?" They looked like I had caught em with their hand in the cookie jar. Had to go a good ways down river to get up with em but they were fine, hopefully the COE will open up the spillway my pasture is shrinking.
Caught 8 keepers after I got the Arky boys run off. Did get to see the Osprey (sp) this afternoon, they dont do much in the afternoon but in the mornings they are pretty busy.
Yank Poacher's I tell ya, I was down at Enid on Sunday, was talking to a gentleman from Batesville, real nice guy, he was telling me about some folkes putting every crappie they cought in there cooler. So I moved over by them to see if they knew the rules. Needless to say he was an A$$!!! I seen the old gent on Tuesday he told me Mr Game Warden got him with
21 short fish!!! :-) did I mention I put back maybe 100 fish, and I'm from Tennessee . He had mississippi #'s on his boat.

I bout got it figured that with gas and ice and bait and LUNCH!!!! Im a pretty big boy, feelays are about 2 bucks apiece lol. But mannnnnn the fun the fun!!! I would pay ohhhhh 5 dollars apiece.Quote:
