Ya know - Ya can't fix stupid!!!!
The Warden at Butla told me the fine was $165.00 - $200.00
For each short fish.
A cooler full at that price would bankrupt a feller.
My neighbor got caught with just one short fish.....it cost him 280 bucks. He said he measured it but it shrunk in the live well.
