I just bought some Do-it jig molds from 1/32 to about 1 once. Prefer a sickle hook, I think. What size, style, brand and where do I buy them? I usually fish a jig tipped with a minnow.

Sickle hooks are only made by Matuzo so who ever sells them. hunter says Grandpa Bob's, I don't know since I don't pour my own heads.

The #6 sickle works well for the 1/32 and for the 1/16 you can move up to a #4 or #2 but be sure they will fit your mold. I like a #2 for the bigger heads like 1/8 and 1/4 but I'm sure you would want a bigger hook on that 1 ounce.Quote:
