I hope they took those far from the Tenn Tom Waterway to out in over there. Those things are as aggravating as anything. Specially when spider rigging. Ifn ya hook a two foot gar, you can expect at least one other pole, if not two others, tangled up.

Well.....whats gonna keep the gar from eating all the other fish species....like crappie? Sounds like another bad idea to me.

Why not use that shocker boat to get rid of the carp? How big is this lake?

I ain't no rocket scientist but most of the oxbows the asian carp are in are full of aligator gar and had not had an effect on them. Just look at Tunica cutoff or DesotoLake.

22 cal. rat shot works real good on both of them.
