The fish are jumping in da boat

well me and buddy got a chance to slip off and fish this morning. Lots of traffic on the lake today. there was 18 trailors at the ramp and people were parked everywhere at 0730. We motored a short ways down the lake and dropped our spread of crappie delights. caught em pretty good and would have been better if the boat sightseers would have been courteous and fished instead of gawking at our rig and throwing big wakes on us. Don't people know to slow down when you pass by someone 15 feet away. took us 345 minutes blue thunder to catch our limits. Not bad for me and my buddy. She was a little rusty since crappie pro took her spot on Mondays trip. I had to reschool her on how to land the slabs and she in a short time she had it back down. the fish average between pound and pound and half. Good fishing now for those that brave the heat.

Nice bunch of fish. Why does your partners fish always look bigger than yours. I guess you taught her how to hold them. Thanks for taking that girl fishing.
