You are not committing a crime by painting them to look like a real bandit. You break the law when you sale them as the real thing. Just make up your own names. Something like orange flash or orange slice. Rather than bandits, call them criminals or theives. The colors are not copyrighted, it's the name and colors. Besides, you aren't trying to compete with Bandit. (yet)
