I did 30 1/16 oz jig heads today from pouring the heads to painting. Holding the heads by the hook eye seemed to work well. They are still in the oven and we will see how they look once they are cooled. I used just a small amount of powder in the fluid bed. I may have had a tiny bit of volcano action, but the powder looked like a liquid. They seemed to have turned out well going into the oven. Much, much better than the last time I tried painting.
