    I don't dip into vinyl paints, I brush it on. 1 coat of white, 2 coats of color. It takes longer but I have the time. I can paint 500 heads in 5 to 8 hours.

    Mine is like Stump Hunter's only I used nut's and washers. My heads are spread out much more though so I only get 48 per rack. Enough for my use but if I was baking jigs like Bobo, I'd get rid of the nuts & go with all washers.
