Thread: Jig Eye Tutorial

Finally got around to taking some pics of how I get good painted jig eyes. When you push the eye over the wire grab the paint and pull it off and pull the jig back through. You have to do the slide down the wire when it is still very hot. I use lead because it is heavy. I used a wooden block for the first one. The point is when you pull the paint off the wire it does not move. The wire is .032 stainless hard.
