If this is going to happen, then lets get the date and time set. Was waiting for someone to mention it again, since it wasn't my idea, didn't want to take charge of it.

So if it's in September and on a Friday, the dates are 9, 16, or 23. But if those don't work, we also have October 7, 14, 21, or 28. These are all Fridays.

My only concern, is that those who work, will miss out unless they take a day off. Plus, it should be about making new friends.
