    Great catch Zimmy and crew. Are you taking the wafers from the back of the rib cage? If the fish are big enough, you get some good meat from them and it’s delicious.

    Thanks Chaunc, no I never done the wafers but have done cheek meat , I think they are a little grisly, like the fillets the best. This is the first time my son and I had other people fish with us. Wind was to high today, had 2-3 footers this morning. Will be at Shenango Memorial Day week at campground.
