Captain Joe and I iced 18 nice crappies from the shallows with a number of smaller fish released for future reference. Pink/white and black/chartreuse were the best color combos. Smoked trout for the trip home were quite tasty.
Missed you out there today. We had a good day shallow too. Put around 20 in the boat. It started as a tutorial trip on using my livescope and ended with my front battery running out of power. Forgot to charge them last weekend. Got hot out there pretty quick. Glad I had some iced water with me.
