So how does water temperature effect crappie movement.In the spring they seem to move into shallow water that gets warmer faster and to spawn. But I do not target then often in mid summer.
When water temperatures gets into the high 60s and higher mortality rises in most trout caught and released. Most catch and release fishermen leave those waters alone till fall temperatures make it more suitable for there survival.
