Unfortunately this is just a sign of the times. Some people refuse to follow instructions even if it is to their own benefit. They act that way thinking they are special and have that "well it will never happen to me" attitude. I know this for sure, I'm going to watch out for me and my folks regardless. Yes I want to fish as bad as anybody else but if I have to wait to be safe, I will. As much as I love to fish I like making and organizing fishing tackle equally as well. It keeps me busy and occupies the mind. Guys be smart and be safe.
